CANCELLED – FOCB Event: Guided Forest Bathing

Unplug, slow down, and de-stress from your daily routine. Inspired by the Japanese practice of Shinrin-yoku, this session, led by certified forest-bathing guide Brooke Gilley, will take you through sensory-based explorations designed to relax, restore, and deepen your relationship with the natural world.
