Our offices and programs help foster a university community where all members can learn, work, and thrive. This mission is advanced through coordinated efforts within Community Empowerment & Institutional Inclusivity (CEII), as well as strategic partnerships across campus and with external communities.

CEII staff provide training, consultation, conflict transformation, and investigative services to academic and administrative departments, addressing a wide array of campus culture issues. They also offer resources and educational programming that support accountability, engagement, and success for all.

Through educational programs, the investigation and resolution of complaints, and oversight activities, EOCR fosters an environment and culture that appreciates all members of the UWM community.

UWM’s Title IX Office receives reports of sexual misconduct involving the UWM community, coordinates supportive measures, provides information about response options, and conducts or oversees related investigations. All of these duties are guided by a trauma-informed approach that also embraces principles of equity and ensures due process.
