Dr. Wang’s research focus is on the intersection of Marketing, Business Analytics, and Information Systems. One particularly interesting topic he is working on is that of product fit uncertainty in online markets. By collaborating with an online retailer, he aims to develop and learn how different online artifacts help customers address the issue of product fit. Apart from doing research and developing online system functions with his business collaborator, Dr. Wang teaches Systems Analysis & Design and Social Network Analysis (ITM Topics).
Dr. Wang is a member of Association for Information Systems. He has presented his research works at the International Conference on Information Systems and Conference on Information Systems and Technology.
