Shawn Vollmer

Shawn says he truly has the best role here at the Lubar College of Business. He is the initial contact for both the Industry Connect and Executive Education programs. Through the Industry Connect program he partners with industry leaders to deploy advanced Lubar students and faculty for defined projects as an extension of the company’s operations. With Executive Education, he develops partnerships to help organizations transform the managerial and business skills of their high-potential leaders.

With more than 30 years of management, program and event planning, and a range of professional experiences, he's constantly innovating new ways of sharing the vast assets of Lubar with businesses who are searching for programs that deliver immediate and effective results. He also devotes time to mentoring youth in leadership, planning, and public speaking as the Deputy Executive Officer of DeMolay International in Wisconsin.
