Career Advisor, Lubar Career Center

Ericka has a background in higher education, supervision, and financial management. Ericka is interested in helping students develop their skills and land their dream job upon graduation. She loves helping students develop their career plan which includes helping them with major/career exploration, resume writing, and interview practice. At UWM, Ericka advises Lubar College of Business students and teaches the Business Administration 300 Course: Career and Professional Development.
