Dr. Kuzu’s areas of expertise include stochastic and simulation modeling of queuing systems, modeling customer behavior in queues, stochastic and simulation modeling of healthcare operations and supply chain management.
Professional Activities
Dr. Kuzu is a member of the Institute for Operations Research and the Management Sciences (INFORMS), Decision Sciences Institute (DSI), Manufacturing and Service Operations Management Society (MSOM), Production and Operations Management Society (POMS) and Applied Probability Society. His research has appeared in journals including Manufacturing and Service Operations Management, Production and Operations Management, Naval Research Logistics, and European Journal of Operational Research.
