Each clinical site has their own policies and procedures that students must follow prior to the start of their clinical rotation. These policies may include specific training and/or additional forms that need to be submitted. On-boarding instructions for each individual site/organization can be found at the links below.
On-boarding instructions on this site are reviewed and updated each year. Any changes to the information found below will be communicated to students as soon as possible.
All on-boarding materials must be completed and submitted to Brad no later than 4 weeks prior to the start of clinical rotations (6 weeks for ACL Laboratories)
