Are you a high school student with a passion for the Arts? Whether you’re interested in Studio Arts, Design, Art Education or Digital Arts, we have an exciting and informative event just for you. It’s called “Making Your Mark: A Day in the Life of an Art & Design Major,” and it’s completely FREE.
At this event, you’ll have the chance to step into part of our world at UW-Milwaukee’s Peck School of the Arts. No matter your level of experience, you’ll fit right in as you experience, hands on, what it’s like to be a student here. We offer majors in Studio Art, Design & Visual Communication, Art Education and a number of certificate programs.
We’ll see classes in action, studio and shop equipment, and talk to faculty as we go along. Time is allotted for conversation and art making before and after the studio tour. If you want to know what’s available to you here, you want to be at this event!
