Teaching Interests

Professor Wilson looks forward to teaching classes that introduce students to women’s and gender studies as well as advanced courses in feminist theory, queer theory, and intersectionality.

Research Interests

  • Contemporary sex-positive, intersectional, and transnational feminisms
  • Neoliberal body politics
  • Trans studies
  • Queer of color critique
  • Late 20th and early 21st century women’s and LGBTQ literature

Biographical Sketch

Her recent publications include articles in French Cultural Studies, The Rocky Mountain ReviewGender ForumWords, Beats, & Life, and a book chapter in Trans Identities in the French Media.
