UWM has established a list of contracted and officially-licensed vendors to serve the promotional and premium product needs of the University’s schools, colleges, departments, units, centers and student orgs.
All of the vendors listed below are approved for purchases of any cost without any formal bidding process. They also have completed all requirements to be licensed by CLC to produce collegiate products.
This group of vendors successfully responded to a RFP in the fall of 2023, agreeing to provided preferred pricing and service to University partners. Additional successful respondents will be added to this list as those vendors complete the licensing process.

There are also additional licensed vendors who regularly do business with UWM, either through contracts with other UW schools, specialty offerings like international shipping and delivery, or long-standing relationships with UWM schools and colleges. These companies do not have contracts with UWM, meaning purchasing rules regarding bids for purchases over $5,000 apply.
