George Turecek

Hello, my name is George Joseph Turecek (pronounced TERR-check). My major is in Education of Science, my intended minor is Psychology (my former major), I started as a student in Fall 2022. This is my first semester as a math tutor. Outside of tutoring, I enjoy walking around campus, playing video games and watching TV (and researching those subjects), hanging out with friends (particularly at the LGBTQ+ Center in the Union, they’re all great people), and going to the Klotsche Center to try and get in better shape. I look forward to becoming a math tutor, not only to further my skills as a future teacher, but to help as many of my peers as I can. I am proud to help others, not for the credit of helping, but because they put in the work to succeed.
