Nicole Oswald oversees the peer programs in the SSC including tutoring and Supplemental Instruction (SI) programs and the peer mentoring program. Nicole's passions include: developing, implementing, and assessing student support success and the outcomes of tutoring and SI. 

She holds a B.S. and an M.S. in social welfare from the University of Wisconsin- Milwaukee, specializing in geriatric social work. Nicole was also previously a tutor and SI leader. She is a member of the National College Learning Center Association (NCLCA) and SI supervisor trainer certified.
