Pachoua grew up in Holmen, WI. She holds a Bachelor of Science from UW-La Crosse in Sociology and Ethnic Racial Studies. In 2019, Pachoua earned her Master of Science at UW-Milwaukee in Adult, Continuing, and Higher Education Administration (ACHEA).  Prior to her role as Retention Technology Manager, Pachoua served as a Multicultural Student Success Coach in the SE Asian American Student Center and Graduate Assistant for FFWS in the Student Success Center. Outside of the office, she enjoys skincare, reading contemporary fiction books, and brunch.
