To participate in a Office of Dual Enrollment (ODE) program at the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee, students must first complete the UWM Undergraduate Admissions Application.
In addition to submitting your application, you are required to upload your materials through the form below. The form is only for submitting required documents (such as transcripts and other materials) and does not replace the admissions application. All documents must be uploaded in PDF format to ensure timely processing.
Before submitting your supporting materials, make sure you have the following for the corresponding program:
- Complete UWM Undergraduate Admissions Application
- Compile all the required supporting documents
- Complete the Universities of Wisconsin ECCP Participation Form and submit to your high school for approval.
- High School Transcript (PDF)

- Letter of Support from your high school counselor

Deadlines and Contact
The Office of Dual Enrollment (ODE) must have the UWM Undergraduate Admissions Application and the program’s supporting materials by the following deadlines.
- August 1st for the Fall
- December 15th for the Spring
