Sleep On It
Difficulty sleeping? Daytime sleepiness? Sleep is essential to physical, emotional and cognitive health, but regularly getting enough good sleep can be tough for students. In this workshop, you’ll learn about sleep ‘hygiene,’ complete a brief survey to assess your current sleep behaviors, identify your sleep goals, and create a plan for things you can start doing to get better quality sleep.
