Evaluation of the Wisconsin Urban Leadership Institute

The five largest districts in the state of Wisconsin are united in leading for equity and building leadership talent to serve our most underserved students. The Wisconsin Urban Leadership Institute (WULI) is an intentional collaboration with the largest urban school districts: Green Bay, Kenosha, Madison, Milwaukee and Racine Public School Districts.

The Wisconsin Urban Leadership Institute is an approach to developing urban leaders through a combination of professional development, leadership coaching and networking. This approach is designed for participants to develop the Wisconsin Framework for Principal Leadership competencies and equity dispositions needed to successfully lead in an urban setting. SREED is supporting this important initiative through developmental evaluation services intended to promote continuous program improvement.
