These brief surveys are designed to document the experiences of students and caregivers regarding equity and inclusion at school and in family-school relationships. We are developing supports for schools regarding using them to improve the conditions in schools for students and families of color.
These surveys are anonymous, so we will not know who has participated.
The results will be available to districts in “real-time” so they can be used to identify ways to better support the needs of students and caregivers. Specifically, the survey results will be made available to districts and schools to help them identify areas for celebration and improvement and inform their efforts to improve the racial and cultural climate.
Districts interested in this feedback should complete the request form on the right side of this page. Once a district administrator completes this form, automatic reports will be sent each Friday. These reports will include summaries of survey results for your families and students.
