Busy on weeknights or need something to do with the kids on the weekend? Our special matinee program takes audiences on an interactive tour of our cosmic neighborhood, the solar system. Marvel at the Sun’s powerful flares, Jupiter’s swirling storms, and Saturn’s intriguing moons before traveling to the icy worlds of the Kuiper Belt as you behold the latest discoveries in space exploration.
The program will include indoor stargazing sessions of the night sky followed by the opportunity to ask questions. Not recommended for children under 4. For questions about this event, please email planetarium@uwm.edu.
Our online ticketing website is experiencing technical issues. All ticket sales for upcoming events will be in person. We start selling tickets outside of the Planetarium 30 minutes before the scheduled show start time. We accept cash or credit card. If you are a Planetarium Member, email us at planetarium@uwm.edu to let us know how many people will attend.
