Name of mailbox/calendar

This should be all lowercase, start with a-z characters, followed by a-z or 0-9 characters and required to have a "-" (dash) character in the name. A maximum of 30 characters is supported. It should not be your personal ePantherID or address.
Name of resource

This should be all lowercase, 30 characters maximum, in the format: BldgAbbreviation-RoomNumber. Examples: bol-234c, mer-111, nwqb-7550, etc.
Descriptive title of resource

This is the name that will appear in the room/equipment list in the directory. It should be short yet identifiable and descriptive. Examples: BOL 234C, MER 111, NWQ B 7550
Descriptive title of shared entity

This is the name that will appear in the email directory and on outgoing mail messages. It should be short yet identifiable and descriptive. Accept mixed case, a-z and 0-9 characters.
