The University of Wisconsin Milwaukee (UWM) is committed to supporting the health and wellbeing of its employees. UWM offers a wide variety of resources to enhance the workplace culture and meet employees where they are on their health journey. UWM believes in taking care of our employees so they can support and take care of our students.
UWM’s Employee Wellbeing and Engagement Manager, Tracy Oles, is available to provide targeted health and wellness programing for employees, departments and their respective teams both onsite and virtually. Tracy offers a wide range of educational offerings, activities and programs that can be tailored to the needs of the unit or employee group. Incorporating health and wellness programming into department meetings or other unit activities is a great way to provide additional support and care for employees.
