Mary Sarah Bilder, JD PhD, will deliver the inaugural Jere D. McGaffey Lecture at 3:30 p.m. on Monday April 3, 2017 in UWM’s Greene Hall. A professor at Boston College Law School, Dr. Bilder will be speaking about her Bancroft-prize winning book about James Madison’s Notes on the 1787 Constitutional Convention. Her lecture is titled, “Madison’s Hand: Revising the Constitutional Convention.” This lecture is free and open to the public and will be followed by a reception.
