We assist neighbors who have questions or concerns about activity in the neighborhood, ranging from student behavior to construction challenges to general inquiries about the university. We also share information about UWM events and other areas of interest through the various neighborhood associations on the east side. UWM sends representatives to area neighborhood meetings and other special events to answer questions and provide the latest information about campus projects and initiatives.

Municipal Issues
We work with the Milwaukee Police Department, the Department of Neighborhood Services, Department of Public Works and local neighborhood associations on key issues in the neighborhoods.
Campus Engagement
As the liaison to the neighborhoods surrounding campus, we work with city and local officials and serve as a resource for neighbors who are looking to connect to the university.
