Dr. Peter Dunn, UWM ornithologist and researcher of numerous avian studies in the Cedarburg Bog, will lead a bird walk in search of migrants and resident Bog birds.
We'll take a walk in the woods, talk about long-term phenological monitoring studies at the Field Station, and show you how you can get involved.

This workshop will explore all of the aspects of plant life in the winter, especially what is known about the special adaptations that allow northern plants to survive the freezing and drought associated with extreme cold.
