The Natural History of Wood Ducks and Other Wetland Birds in the Bog

March 3, 2018 @ 1:00 pm - 3:30 pm

This will be an indoor/outdoor program exploring the incredible natural cycles and habits of what many folks say is the most beautiful duck in North America – the Wood Duck. We will also look at the natural histories of all the Bog breeding ducks and other water bird inhabitants.  The 2nd half of this program will be a winter walk into the Bog for an eye level look into what nest cavities can tell you about prior inhabitants. Wear winter boots and warm clothing.

This event is free and open to the public; a $5 donation is suggested.
