Hossein Hosseini

  • Professor Emerit, Electrical Engineering and Computer Science

Professor Hosseini has been a leading figure in the field of Computer Architecture for the design of tiny microprocessors to supercomputers, Computer Networks and Internet. He served as the department co-chair for the Computer Science Program for several years. He advised many MS and PhD students. One of his former students, Satya Nadella, is Microsoft CEO.
