Nadya Fouad, distinguished professor of educational psychology, offered advice on how students can choose a college major in an interview with Aaron Maybin on Fox6 news. Fouad is distinguished professor of educational psychology and Mary and Ted Kellner endowed chair of educational psychology.
“Twenty percent of our students at UWM come in without a clear idea of what their major is,” Fouad said. She and Jacqueline Nguyen, associate professor of educational psychology, have taught a course on planning a major and career, with the help of graduate student mentors Vittoria Sipone and Megan Herdt.
