Has been an instructor of American Sign Language at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee since 2018. Earned a Bachelor of Science in World Language Education with an emphasis in American Sign Language Studies from UW-Milwaukee and a Master of Arts in Teaching American Sign Language from the University of Northern Colorado.

Approach to teaching emphasizes the importance of practice-based learning, where students build their conversational skills through interactive lessons and real-world application. Believes that immersion, both in the classroom and through involvement in the Deaf community, is key to language development. Strives to create a welcoming and engaging learning environment that helps students grow in fluency, build confidence, and connect their ASL skills to future career paths and meaningful community engagement.
