Dr. Simone Conceição is Professor Emerita in the Department of Administrative Leadership at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and owner of SCOC Consulting, LLC. She is the Editor-in-Chief of eLearn Magazine, is the author of numerous books and publications, and the recipient of several awards.

Dr. Conceição is a member of the ASEM Lifelong Learning, Research Network 3: Professionalisation of Adult Teachers and Educators in ASEM countries.
