Diana Borders is the Assistant Director of Business Services for the Office of Charter Schools (OCS) located in the School of Education (SOE). The Office serves as a district or central office for 12 charter schools with over 4,700 students. Ms. Borders provides quality, specialized services associated in managing the daily administration and reporting activities for the Office. She supervises and coordinates a variety of operational components including data collection and warehousing, IT technology, financial reporting, and fiscal policy activities that ensure regulatory conformity with the Department of Public Instruction, UW-Systems and other governing entities.

Prior to her work with OCS, she specialized in grant administration for several entities managing funding from federal and state grants, private foundations, and university accounts ensuring each was compliant with grant goals, university stipulations and federal, state and private regulations. Ms. Borders was elected for a three year term as SOE’s Academic Staff Senator in 2013. She received her MBA degree from Cardinal Stritch University and her BA degree from Alverno College.
