Jacarrie Carr, an alum who earned his bachelor’s degree in educational policy and community studies and master’s degree in cultural foundations of community engagement and education, was profiled in the Shepherd Express. The story highlighted Carr’s work with young people, which started when he was an undergraduate student at UWM.
