Deaf Wisconsin That! Celebrated Deaf culture, heritage and American Sign Language September 21. The event at the Sandburg Hall Flicks featured activities, food and socialization for members of the Deaf community and UWM students in the American Sign Language and Interpreter Training programs.
The School of Education and ASL Studies Program hosted the event, which was sponsored by Professional Interpreting Enterprise and the Wisconsin Association of the Deaf.
