RESOLVED: Some users unable to access Canvas

Canvas announced from approximately 7:35 to 8:20 pm on April 28, 2019, some users were unable to access Canvas. Instructure provided the following information regarding the service disruption.

What is happening?

Some users were unable to access Canvas between the approximate time of 6:35 PM MDT to 7:20 PM.

What are we doing about it?

Our DevOps team was quick to investigate and found that there was a problem with one of the Job Services that caused multiple instances to become unresponsive.  Our DevOps team has since resolved the issue and the affected regions of Canvas has since returned to normal.
