Chad Venne will join the Lubar College of Business as Director of Real Estate Program and Teaching Professor effective August 2023. In this capacity, Chad will be responsible for enhancing the real estate certificate curriculum, planning future program offerings, growing enrollments, building relationships with employers, and mentoring and advising students, in addition to classroom teaching.
Chad has close to 20 years of executive and managerial experience in the real estate industry focusing on property management for office, industrial, retail, and multifamily assets at firms in San Francisco, Chicago, and Milwaukee. He is currently Managing Partner and Principal with Ballast Real Estate Partners and is a Certified Property Manager with the Institute of Real Estate Management.
Chad has been a real estate executive-in-residence teaching in program since 2019.
