UW-Milwaukee Electroacoustic Event

The inaugural UW-Milwaukee Electroacoustic Event, presented by the Composition & Technology area and featuring performers Alex Weir and Jennifer Clippert, will be a one-day, two-concert mini-festival featuring composers, performers, and improvisers from across the Midwest engaging and innovating with electronics as a means of sonic expression.

This event will act as a showcase of the local area’s exceptionally excellent electroacoustic scene as well as a community gathering designed to facilitate further development of electroacoustic practice/research and strengthen connections between electroacoustic artists throughout Wisconsin and its neighboring regions.
