Weaving color and form into both built and natural environments, Hayes creates intricate fiber-art installations that cover sand dunes, cross rivers, and billow over mountains, as well as galleries. Exhibited globally, her work is inspired by abstraction, fashion design, and the natural landscape.

The Peck School of the Arts Department of Art & Design proudly presents the 2023-24 Artists Now! Lecture Series featuring diverse creators working across traditional, hybrid and emergent disciplines. Nationally and internationally recognized practitioners explore and expand the boundaries of contemporary creative visual practice through May 2024.
