Box Office Information & Policies
The UW-Milwaukee Peck School of the Arts Box Office sells tickets for a variety of events, including all Peck School of the Arts theatre productions, ticketed music and dance events, and many other special events.
Purchasing Tickets
We are a cashless ticket provider with options to purchase online, by phone, or in-person. All major credit cards are accepted. Checks made payable to UW-Milwaukee are also accepted.
We will make every effort to fill your order as requested. If seating is not available in the location requested for assigned seating venues, we will substitute for the next best unless you indicate otherwise in your request.
Complimentary Tickets
Complimentary student tickets for select events are at the discretion of individual departments and can be obtained by signing in to the box office site with your UWM email and password. Complimentary prospective student tickets at the discretion of the department and school. Contact an outreach coordinator or faculty member for more information.
Ushering Opportunities
All ushers attend performances for free. If an event is sold-out and seats are not be available, standing room accommodations will be made. In the rare event that help is needed during a performance you may be asked to provide assistance. UW-Milwaukee Students, Faculty & Staff should register online. All other requests please email ushers@uwm.edu.
Disclaimer & Terms
Please check ticket dates and information carefully prior to final purchase. Refunds are only issued for cancellations. If a refund is issued, the base ticket price and tax will be refunded – box office fees are non-refundable. Funds will be credited to the purchasing card or a check will be mailed. Programs, artists and event details are subject to change without notice. Video, photography, and sound recording, or the possession of any device for these purpose without written permission by the Peck School of the Arts, is prohibited by law. The Peck School of the Arts reserves the right to refuse admission to the venue, to request any ticket holder to leave the venue, and/or to take any appropriate action to enforce these rights. Tickets are subject to our ticketing policy. Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources are void, and the holder may be denied admission without compensation. The Peck School of the Arts is not responsible for misplaced, lost or stolen tickets. Barcode valid for one admission only, do not duplicate.
Ticket Exchanges & Donations
Tickets exchanges subject to fees and availability must be processed at least 24 hours prior to the event or by 5 p.m. on the last business day before the event, whichever comes first. Ticket donations are accepted up to one hour prior to the scheduled start time. To donate your ticket, email psoatix-refunds@uwm.edu with the word “Donation” and your order number as the email subject.
Children
Most events require that children have their own ticket, regardless of age. Adults are asked to be mindful of others in attendance when bringing a child, and to remove the, from the venue should they be unable to sit through an event without disturbing others. Certain content may require parental discretion. The box office will attempt to make this known in such cases.
Late Arrivals
Late arrivals will be seated at the discretion of the house manager and may be asked to wait in the lobby until a predetermined time when they will be seated by ushers. Late arrivals may not be seated in their assigned seats until intermission.
Accessibility
All Peck School of the Arts performance venues have handicap accessible seating. Please contact the Box Office at 414-229-4308 or at psoatix@uwm.edu for accessibility requests, questions, or concerns. Wheelchair seating may not be ordered online.
Parking
UWM has many parking options, including metered street parking, university parking structures and lots. The Peck School of the Arts has no authority over parking regulations. Patrons are responsible for seeking out and following posted parking regulations.
