We will make every effort to fill your order as requested. If seating is not available in the location requested for assigned seating venues, we will substitute for the next best unless you indicate otherwise in your request.
Complimentary tickets are at the discretion of individual departments within the school. If approved by the department, students can obtain their complimentary ticket online by using their student email when logging into the box office. (Not all performances will have complimentary tickets for Majors/Minors.) Prospective students are eligible for complimentary tickets at the discretion of the department and school. Contact an outreach coordinator or faculty member for more information.
Some events offer free tickets for youth under 18. Free tickets are not available for purchase online. Call or visit the box office during our box office hours if you’d like to include free youth tickets in your order.

Ticket Exchanges & Donations
Tickets exchanges (subject to fees and availability) must be processed at least 24 hours prior to the event date or by 5 p.m. the last business day before the event, whichever comes first. Ticket donations are accepted up to one hour prior to the scheduled start time. To donate your ticket, email email@example.com with the word “Donation” and your order number as the email subject.
Young children are admitted with the understanding that they can watch the performance without disruption to other audience members. Most events require that an attending child have their own ticket, regardless of age. Parents/accompanying adults are asked to be mindful of others in attendance when bringing a child, and please remove the child from the auditorium/theatre should they be unable to sit through a performance without disturbing others. Certain performance content may require parental discretion. The box office will attempt to make this known in such cases, but please contact the box office with questions.
Late arrivals will be seated at the discretion of the house manager and may be asked to wait in the lobby until a predetermined time in the program, when they will be seated by ushers. Late arrivals may not be seated in their assigned seats until intermission.
All Peck School of the Arts performance venues have handicap accessible seating. Please contact the Box Office at 414-229-4308 or at firstname.lastname@example.org for accessibility requests, questions, or concerns. Wheelchair seating may not be ordered online.
UWM has many parking options, including metered street parking, university parking structures and lots. The Peck School of the Arts has no authority over parking regulations. Patrons are responsible for seeking out and following posted parking regulations.
All ushers attend performances for free! If an event is sold-out seats may not be available. Should that occur, standing room accommodations will be made. In the rare event that help is needed during a performance you may be asked to provide assistance.
