Meet UW-Milwaukee provides prospective students and their guests a glimpse of life as a Panther!

This program is a perfect introduction to all things UWM, including campus resources, academic programs, the surrounding community, campus life and the perspectives of current students.

Program Offerings

Meet our schools and colleges, along with other academic resources, to learn more about the programs and opportunities available to support your educational journey.

A current student will take you on a tour of our campus to explore key facilities, learn about academic and extracurricular opportunities and hear about what makes our campus community unique.

A current student will guide you around campus to interactive sessions led by University Housing, the Off-Campus Resource Center, Student Involvement, the Student Success Center and Undergraduate Research.

Ask questions and hear insights from UWM students about their own experiences. Discover what it’s like to live, study and get involved on campus directly from those who know it best.

Please arrive early to attend this session. The Current Student Panel will run concurrently with check-in (8 – 8:45 a.m. for the morning program and 12 – 12:45 p.m. for the afternoon program).

Discover how you can get involved, make new friends and build lasting memories by engaging in any of our student organizations, clubs and support resources.

Preparing for your visit

If you drive to campus, please park in the Union Parking Garage (2200 E Kenwood Blvd, Milwaukee, WI 53211) and navigate your way to program check-in outside the Wisconsin Room in the Student Union. We will have staff and signage to guide you.

If you’re traveling into the city and looking to spend the night or weekend in Milwaukee, consider booking your stay through our preferred hotel partners. Discounts are available and you can conduct all your bookings online. Visit our Panther Families Preferred Hotels website at www.visitmilwaukee.org/uwm.
