Accounts and Access
Request access to the technology resources you need to do your work. This includes employee onboarding, department applications, shared drives, printers, security groups, guest accounts, and other access-related services. If you’re unsure whether you need access to a specific system or resource, this is a good place to start.
Request Access to Software
The applications listed below require approval before access can be granted. Requests are reviewed based on business need, job responsibilities, and applicable security and licensing requirements.

Microsoft 365 and Teams
Services that support communication, collaboration, and productivity within Microsoft 365. Request shared mailboxes, resource calendars, email aliases, Teams calling features, call queues, voicemail services, and other collaboration tools used by departments and workgroups across the university.
Websites and Communications
Request updates to websites, webpages, online forms, web applications, or digital signage. Whether you need new content published, a website enhanced, information displayed on digital screens, or assistance with a web-based project, this section connects you with the appropriate support resources.
Data and Reporting
