Rise ‘n Shine Yoga

After long days of moving in and PTE, take an hour out of your day to do some yoga outdoors with us! We have certified instructors to lead basic stretches to help you get your mind and body right before classes begin. No equipment required, but if you have a favorite yoga mat please bring it along!

Suicide Prevention Awareness Day

In recognition of September being Suicide Prevention Month, join the UWM community on September 25th for Suicide Prevention Awareness Day. This day is a time to spread hope, raise awareness, show support, and share vital information for those affected by suicide. Our goal is to ensure that everyone has access to the resources they need to discuss suicide prevention and to seek help.
