Emotional Resiliency in Uncertain Times

Emotional Resiliency in Uncertain Times

Resilient people have strong resources and skills to manage stress
and conflict as well as a good support network to help them deal
with the pressures of work.

— headsup.org

It is important to recognize when our emotional resiliency is low and learn ways to strengthen our resolve. The UWM School of Continuing Education presents a new virtual series, Emotional Resiliency in Uncertain Times. We hope these workshops will help to support your overall well-being. Please join us!

Please note that advance registration is required and CEUs will be awarded. Each workshop is scheduled for approximately 60-90 minutes via Zoom. An access link will be sent a minimum of 24 hours prior to the start date.

Attendees will receive a 25% off coupon on one Fall 2020 course at UWM’s School of Continuing Education.

How to Set Boundaries When Working Remotely

Tuesday, August 18    |    7:30-9:00am CT    |    $19    |    Student: $15

Presenter: Kristin Strunk, Organizational Development Manager at Harley-Davidson

Join us for discussions about the process of setting boundaries and ideas for separating your work and home lives, establishing a better work/life balance, and all while working from home.

For many of us, working remotely will extend beyond the pandemic. Some have had a good experience while working from home, while many others have found themselves working longer hours, and at different times throughout the day.
