About the Women Leaders Conference
The UWM Women Leaders Conference, celebrating its 17th year in 2026, is a must-attend event. Hosted by the UWM School of Continuing Education—one of southeastern Wisconsin’s leading providers of professional development—this conference features internationally renowned speakers, expert-led breakout sessions, and meaningful opportunities for personal and professional growth.
Open to all genders, the conference benefits individuals at any career stage, from those just starting out to seasoned professionals. Attendees are encouraged to share their stories and ideas, fostering a dynamic and inclusive environment.
