Tannery Park

Bringing back public green space along the Milwaukee River and providing greater pedestrian access across the river are the main goals of this project. Historically, the Milwaukee River was a site for many Biergartens, celebrating Milwaukee’s rich German heritage, and a place for ideas to spread over a stein of beer. In addition to the design of a park to occupy the current plot of 1887 N Water St., branding of the park is integral, incorporating the design of the bridge, with the ability to expand into a sticker campaign to spread word about this public green space on Water St along the Milwaukee River.
