An extramural, one-year, full-time (2,000 hour) internship is required for the clinical psychology program. The internship must be completed at an APA accredited site, or one approved by the department’s Clinical Training Committee. Students must pass their clinical preliminary examination and dissertation proposal before applying for internship, and must pass all preliminary examinations before accepting an internship.
