Discover the Universe, One Question at a Time
The field of physics and astronomy is broad and deep because everything is composed of matter and energy. Physics examines matter, energy, and their interactions, working with the fundamental “laws” that explain and predict natural and human-made phenomena. Physicists deal with topics as small as sub-atomic particles up to the ever-expanding galaxies. The study of astronomy is part of physics, as astronomers apply the same laws used to study Earth to explore our infinite universe.
