Sign up for the Preferred Tenant Program and receive discounts on rent!
Offer Instructions:
Students should visit the Preferred Tenant Program website to sign up for the online course. Upon completion of the course students will be given a certificate of completion they can provide to landlords to receive either 2% off of monthly rent or $250 off of the security deposit, from participating landlords. Students should check with their landlords to see if they participate in this discount.
