There are multiple ways for landlords/companies to partner with the Off-Campus Resource Center!

1. List Your Property

• Showcase your properties on College Pads (Off-Campus Housing Listings), our official listing service accessible to all UWM students, staff, and alumni.

2. Join an Affiliated Program

• We offer programs designed to benefit both landlords and the UWM community.
  • To enroll in any of the following programs, please complete the Landlord/Rental Company Registration Form.
    • Preferred Tenant Program
    • Good Neighbor Program
    • International Friendly Program
