How to use this table
- The search bar on the top right of the table will filter as you type. It searches by any text in the schedules including records series, schedule number, record type, functional area, or other information.
- This table includes schedules created by UW System as well as schedules created by the Wisconsin State Department of Administration that the UW System has opted to use. It is updated as new and revised schedules are approved by the Wisconsin Public Records Board.
- The “confidential” field serves purely as a guideline. It is possible that records series identified as not confidential here could include some confidential records, and vice versa.

Once the offered aid has been accepted, the Bursar's office can apply that aid to the students account at the appropriate time.
