Summary of Summer Bridge Programs

Summer Bridge Data Submission: 

1. Select Program from list below.
2. After the Excel Online document opens, please enter the following:
   • Program Name
   • Term
   • Emplid
   • Campus ID
   • Face to Face / Online
   • Initial Assessment Type (e.g. Math Placement Test)
   • Initial Assessment Score (e.g. Math Placement Test Score)
   • Complete/Incomplete
   • Final Assessment Type (e.g. Math Placement Test)
   • Final Assessment Score (e.g. Math Placement Score)

* Some programs may NOT have all fields above. A sample row is provided. 

Select Program:

• Bridge-Required Admits (formerly AOC)
• MKE Scholars
• SSS Summer Bridge
• UWM Panther Math Prep (PMP)
• Undergraduate Research
• CEAS Summer Math Bridge

First data submission (participant list) is by July 20th, 2018.
Second data submission (completion list) is as soon as possible but no later than August 23rd, 2018.
