Shining a Light on What Works

May 24, 2018 @ May 24, 2018 - May 24, 2018

Are you interested in exploring opportunities to learn more about effectively adapting evidence-based interventions? Being able to thoughtfully adapt evidence-based interventions is essential to being able to meet the complex needs of children and families.

Please join UWM Associate Professor and Institute for Child and Family Well-Being Co-founder Dr. Dimitri Topitzes on Thursday, May 24, for a presentation and discussion on implementation science and its role in practice with families coping with complex trauma. Our discussion will focus on how ICFW team members implement Parent-Child Interaction Therapy in In-Home settings with families involved in child welfare.
